Role Overview Dealer Tire is searching for a Retail Tire Sales Representative to work inside a premium OEM automotive dealership, representing Dealer Tire as the go‑to tire expert. After completing a comprehensive, fully paid training program, you will engage customers on the service drive, sell tires to exceed assigned goals, perform quick tire inspections, identify and explain tire‑related issues, recommend service and quoting prices, maintain strong relationships, and support store operations such as inventory, opening/closing, and reporting. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range: $28.34 – $30.85 per hour Targeted Annual Commission: $13,200 Commission during Onboarding: Guaranteed for up to 2 months Medical, Dental, Vision coverage 50% 401(k) match up to 7% Paid time off eligibility after 30 days, up to 19 days annually 5‑day, 40‑hour work week More personal time daily than the average retail role What You’ll Do Engage customers on the service drive and sell tires to exceed assigned goals. Perform quick tire inspections. Identify and explain tire‑related issues, recommend service, and quote prices. Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership teams. Support store operations such as inventory, opening/closing, and reporting. Requirements 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience; automotive experience preferred. Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills. A natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts. Comfortable using computer‑based tools and order systems.
