Join us as a Global Head,Business Continuity Lead our Enterprise Resiliency team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact in Round Rock, Texas.What you’ll achieveAs a Global Head Business Continuity Lead, you will play a critical role in the ongoing transformation of Dell’s Global Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery programs ensuring the company continues to effectively manage critical business disruptions in an increasingly complex world. As part of our Enterprise Resiliency team, you will support the development of risk-based planning and testing programs. This will include driving initiatives within Business Units to enhance our world leading resiliency capabilities by prioritizing, tracking, and reporting on Resiliency compliance.You will:Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with Enterprise Resiliency team members and stakeholders to understand program needs and challengesProvide guidance on sound structure, planning, testing, and governance to keep Resiliency Programs aligned, current, relevant, actionable, and auditableCollaborate with resiliency professionals worldwide before, during, and after tests and exercises to ensure evidenced capability of plans and compliance to standardsProvide updates, education, and presentations to staff and management on industry trends and best practices for Enterprise ResiliencyDrive the maturity of Resiliency programs by identifying opportunities for automation and process simplificationTake the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree and professional certifications to include one or more of the following; CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional, MBCP (Master Business Continuity Professional), MBCI (Member of the Business Continuity Institute)10+ years proven experience on Global or Enterprise-level Resiliency Program (Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery) at a Fortune 500 companyExperience building, facilitating, and measuring effective Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery plans and testing programs based on industry and regulatory standardsResiliency thought leadership, best practice awareness, and demonstrated ability to translate into operational enablementProven experience partnering with leaders across lines of business to secure organizational commitment and resources on strategic initiativesCyber Resiliency (Backup, Archive, Ransomware) governance, testing, and best practicesThird-Party Risk & Resiliency PlanningDesirable RequirementsExperience with resilient system architecture, high availability, cloud, managed services, and emerging technology solutionsProcess automation and Artificial Intelligence a plusCompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
