Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner Job Southwest of Boston, MA-No Nights or Weekends

Position Overview A respected, well‑established multispecialty medical group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its Pulmonary & Critical Care team. This is a dynamic role that offers a blend of outpatient and inpatient care , strong collegial support, and access to advanced pulmonary services in a modern clinical environment. This role combines both clinic‑based and hospital responsibilities, providing variety within a structured and supportive schedule. You will rotate weekly between outpatient care and inpatient pulmonary consult rounding alongside two experienced APP colleagues. Schedule Monday through Friday schedule No nights or weekends Weekly rotation between outpatient clinic and hospital consult service Key Responsibilities In this role, you will provide comprehensive pulmonary care across both outpatient and inpatient settings. Responsibilities include: Evaluating, diagnosing, and managing common pulmonary conditions Conducting outpatient visits and follow‑up care Performing inpatient pulmonary consult rounds Collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Supporting initiatives aimed at improving patient experience, optimizing length of stay, and reducing readmissions Modern EMR systems (eClinicalWorks outpatient, Epic inpatient) Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts or in process Active DEA registration and MA controlled substances license Experience in pulmonary or related specialty preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits Compensation is strong and based on experience, training, and overall skill set.
