This opportunity involves working 2.5 days per week, primarily supporting students at the elementary level within a district setting. With a caseload of approximately 25 students, you’ll collaborate closely with educators and school staff to develop and implement effective therapy plans that help children achieve their individual goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state
• Experience working with children or in a school-based environment is highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and goal setting
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Organizational skills to efficiently manage a moderate caseload

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assess students’ skills and needs to develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress toward goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and updates to educators and families
• Maintain thorough documentation as required by the district
• Offer consultation and training to teachers and staff to adapt classroom activities for student success
• Flexibly support the district, primarily at one elementary school, according to the school day schedule
