In this stationary post, you will help to monitor activity, handle security-related concerns with care, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Saturday 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sunday 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the front desk. Monitor access to the location by checking in guests, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor passes, and documenting arrivals and departures according to site protocols. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders when needed. Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and support front desk operations with clear communication and professional presence. Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation related to access control, incidents, and daily front desk activity. Minimum Requirements: A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
