Now Hiring: Apartment Leasing Consultant - Austin, TX 78753 Pay: $18-$19/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday Contract and Contract - to - Hire Opportunities Available BG Staffing is seeking a personable and motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a thriving community in Austin, TX 78753 . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast - paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities • Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information • Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents • Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communication • Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach • Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth leasing process • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Requirements • Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to multitask and stay organized • Comfortable using basic computer and property management software • Reliable, punctual, and team - oriented
