About the Role As a Retail Stylist, you will provide a personalized shopping experience, becoming a trusted advisor to every customer. You will bridge the gap between stunning jewelry and meaningful moments, ensuring interactions embody Mejuri’s core values. Customer Experience Lead by example and uphold the quality of the in‑store customer experience, communicating, training, and maintaining our Steps of Selling. Ensure a positive customer experience and promote service offerings, including piercing, engraving, and other services. Track KPIs: OPH, SPH, NPS (85%) and work to exceed them. Operations Participate in back‑of‑house flow to support in‑store sales, phone sales or BOPIS, ensuring packaging and order delivery standards. Maintain organizational integrity of BOH, display inventory, sellable inventory, packaging, and supplies. Learn and use point‑of‑sale systems and other retail technology. Assist in mitigating loss of product and reporting shrink. Identify and elevate opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks to store leadership. Merchandising Support brand standards of visual presentation, cleanliness, and functionality. Validate integrity of all display forms, graphics, furniture, and decor items, reporting missing or damaged items. Flag any inefficiencies and act upon them. People & Culture Build healthy relationships with colleagues and cultivate a positive work environment. Adhere to policies and compliance practices in employee relations. Qualifications Authentic and warm ability to connect with customers, making them feel comfortable and encouraging repeat visits. Strong verbal communication skills and active listening to deliver on customer needs and collaborate as a team. Proactive learning of product knowledge to suggest and style for customers. Critical thinking and problem‑solving on the spot to meet customer and business needs. Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators, including SPH, conversion, NPS, AOV, and UPT. Attention to customer feedback, trends, and sharing insights with management. Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a sense of initiative. Work on the sales floor for extended periods.
