We are a collaborative urology practice located in Green Bay, equipped with cutting-edge technology, offering the chance to engage in intricate procedures, including robotic-assisted surgeries, within a supportive team environment. • Become part of a well-rounded Urology team consisting of 4 Urologists and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care while fostering a collaborative work-life balance.
• We seek a candidate with significant expertise in robotic-assisted laparoscopy, including procedures such as prostatectomy, nephrectomy, and cystectomy.
• Enjoy a call schedule of 1:5 on weeknights and 1:12 on weekends, with shared city-wide coverage for weekends.
• Our clinic is fully staffed and equipped, featuring 7 procedure suites for on-site vasectomy, ultrasound, cystoscopy, Urocuff, and fluoro-urodynamics, along with 13 examination rooms.
• Collaborate with our affiliated hospitals that utilize da Vinci® robotic systems for surgical services.
• Access to an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) that accommodates a full spectrum of urologic services.
• After-hours nurse triage is available to assist with patient inquiries outside of clinic hours.
• Opportunities to teach and mentor medical students and residents.
• Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
• We currently employ AI ambient dictation technology (Microsoft DAX) to enhance efficiency.
