As we continue to grow, we need a seasoned Shop Foreman who can step up, lead the charge, and help us raise the bar even higher.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily shop operations and help guide the technician team toward efficiency, accuracy, and quality
• Perform and supervise diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on a wide range of vehicles
• Lead by example with a "fix it right the first time" mindset — and inspire your team to do the same
• Provide accurate labor and time estimates for repairs and communicate findings clearly to Service Advisors and customers in plain, understandable language
• Review and ensure repair orders are completed correctly, on time, and to our quality standards
• Mentor and support junior technicians, helping them grow their skills and confidence
• Stay current on emerging automotive technology and techniques through ongoing training
• Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional shop environment

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of automotive technician experience required
• ASE Certification preferred — Master Level Tech a strong plus
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle types and systems
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff and customers
• Valid driver's license
• A professional attitude, personal integrity, and a servant-leader mentality
• Must be local to or able to reliably commute to the Marathon, FL area

This is a full-time position. A 90-day introductory period applies.
