Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical-surgical/telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Pennsylvania nursing license and have at least two years of relevant experience. This role is critical in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, documenting changes and responding appropriately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and post-discharge plans.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Pennsylvania nursing license.
• Must hold current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a medical-surgical/telemetry nursing role.
• Ability to work straight nights on a consistent schedule.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Work Schedule

This position offers options for night shifts with three 12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00) or day shifts (07:00 - 19:00). Flexibility in scheduling is essential.
