Inventory Control & Warehouse Operations Specialist

Location: Broomfield, CO

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong inventory management skills? We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Specialist to support a rapidly expanding manufacturer of access control and security products in Broomfield, CO.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records using NetSuite .
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
• Prepare, pack, and coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Stock materials and organize inventory to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Supply production teams with materials needed to support daily manufacturing activities.
• Perform inventory transactions and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Support process improvements and help establish efficient warehouse workflows.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience .
• Strong experience in inventory control.
• Experience operating a pallet jack .
• Experience using inventory or ERP systems; NetSuite experience is highly preferred .
• Ability to work independently and effectively in an environment with evolving processes and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Broomfield, CO.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $47840.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
