Competitive Compensation Generous Time Off Comprehensive Benefits Package: Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage Additional voluntary benefits to support your lifestyle Professional Growth Opportunities: On-the-job training with access to paid CEU opportunities Career development programs designed to help you grow Supervision for BBS hours for AMFT, ACSW, and APCC professionals (where applicable) Employee Recognition & Rewards: A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication Responsibilities Provide direct client care, including the administration of medications and supervising nursing activities performed by professional and para-professional nursing personnel on the unit Order, prepare, administer, and document medication for clients according to physicians' orders Confirm delivery of all ordered medication from the pharmacy on shift worked Communicate pertinent information verbally and in writing to all team members Write a weekly summary on the assigned client Monitor and maintain appropriate nursing documentation in the medical record for the shift worked Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Graduation from an accredited school of licensed vocational nursing or psychiatric technology Associate degree preferred One (1) year of service experience treating mentally ill in an inpatient setting (preferred) One (1) year of medication administration experience required Valid California LVN or LPT license Current CPR certification First Aid certification from a qualified agency, including but not limited to the American Red Cross Program Overview The Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) is a short‑term voluntary residential facility designed to help adult residents, ages 18‑59, who experience a psychiatric crisis to safely stabilize, recover, and transition back to the community.
