Trauma Program Leader: Registry & Quality Improvement

Northwest Health Porter is seeking a Trauma Program Manager to coordinate and advance the facility's trauma program, ensuring regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and ongoing performance improvement. The incumbent will partner with clinical and operational leaders to align trauma services with organizational goals, develop policies, oversee the trauma registry, and lead education and quality initiatives.
