We're looking for dependable CDL-A Regional Truck Drivers to join our refrigerated freight division. This opportunity offers a combination of mileage pay and additional compensation for stops, backhauls, and attendance.

Pay & Earnings
- Average Annual Earnings: $85,000
- Average Weekly Miles: 2,121
- Stop Pay: $36 per stop
- Average Stops: 36 per week
- Backhaul Pay: $36 per occurrence
- Weekly Attendance Bonus: $150
- Holiday Pay: $328 per paid holiday
- 6 Paid Holidays Per Year
Benefits & Paid Time Off
- Paid time off begins accruing immediately
- Starting PTO accrual of 1.5 hours per week
- PTO accrual increases with tenure
- 6 paid holidays annually
- Weekly attendance bonus opportunities

- Regional refrigerated freight
- Approximately 2,121 miles per week
- Average of 36 stops weekly
- Additional compensation for eligible stops and backhauls
- Full-time driving opportunity
- Combination of mileage pay and activity-based compensation
Driver Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Ability to operate refrigerated tractor-trailer equipment
- Ability to complete regional routes and scheduled deliveries
- Must meet applicable DOT and company hiring requirements
- Strong commitment to safety and dependable service
