Position Summary As a Food Server, you will provide outstanding guest service by taking and delivering food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

What You'll Do

• Deliver fast, friendly, and attentive service to every guest.
• Greet guests promptly with a smile and welcoming attitude.
• Take beverage and food orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables, stations, and service areas.
• Process guest payments accurately and responsibly.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests, team members, and vendors.
• Follow all company policies, health regulations, and food safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous food serving experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
• Food allergy awareness and knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-volume, and potentially stressful environment.
• Must maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and variable overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.

Required Certifications

• Valid Food Handler's Certification.
• Valid Alcohol Awareness Certification.
