Content & Community Builder - Remote - Revenue Share We are looking for Content & Community Builder to help and support the creation of exciting new projects for the next-generation gaming and client services. Depending on your background, skills, and Experience, we'll find the most suitable role within our team. The ideal candidate will drive 3MetaD’s community presence and marketing efforts by creating and executing content and engagement strategies. This role focuses on showcasing what we’ve built, sharing what’s coming next, and highlighting the services we now offer for commission work. The candidate will host and participate in Twitter Spaces, build engaging social content, and lead marketing pushes that grow our reach and credibility. This person will have experience with online communities, content creation, and grassroots marketing. They will be comfortable collaborating with a creative team, managing external engagement, and turning community energy into tangible growth. Our Orc tribe is a pool of brilliant Orcs from many disciplines, including 3D artists, concept artists, game developers, graphic designers, community moderators, front developers, and blockchain developers worldwide. We banded together to bring high-quality 3D content to the Meta Verse and NFT Space and self-publish our collections, games, and items.

You know yours is better than ours because you have different clocks. You are expected to work 18 hours a week, with one day per weekend. The times were built around your availability and our team's hours. Compensation NOT UPFRONT - Revenue-based / Percentage-based compensation model to its employees. There is no upfront payment available at the moment. This means that employees will receive a certain percentage of the company's profits as their salary. This compensation model is designed to incentivize employees to help the company succeed, as their personal success will be directly tied to its success. Commission will depend on sales obtained to projects you contribute and distributed based on the contribution/output. Our default structure is a per collection/project basis and distributed at a department level. This will be broken down to an individual level in the departments, each department will be assigned a % of all earnings, and all members of that department will receive a contribution based on the output and effort applied; Department allocation: 20% / 4 (members of department) = equal load between department 5% percent of profits for that collection. Equity: We are also offering company equity as part of our long-term compensation package. Required skills • Experience in content marketing or social marketing experience.

• Experience working in a marketing agency, game, or technology company is preferred.
• Excellent US English skills (both written and verbal).

• Superior MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) skills.

Responsibilities Twitter Spaces & Live Engagement – Host and support weekly Twitter Spaces (or similar platforms) to showcase progress, build community trust, and spark conversation around our games and services. Marketing Pushes – Plan and execute small, high-impact campaigns tied to milestones (new builds, game reveals, services launch). Keep the focus on clarity, consistency, and energy. Community Engagement – Be active across our socials (Discord, Twitter, etc.), answering questions, sharing updates, and keeping the energy alive around the brand. Content Creation – Produce short-form content (posts, clips, threads, graphics) highlighting what we’ve already built, what’s in progress, and what we can deliver for external clients. Showcase Services – Develop materials that clearly present our new commission services, helping position 3MetaD as a studio that can build for others, not just for ourselves. Collaboration – Work with the art/game teams to package updates into simple, sharable formats (clips, posts, before/after shots, highlight reels). Feedback & Analytics – Track which posts/streams hit and which don’t. Use that feedback to refine and double down on what works. Mindset Keep it lean, don’t overcomplicate. Show, don’t just tell — visuals and energy matter more than long write-ups. Flexible startup approach: if something works, repeat it; if it doesn’t, cut it.

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Experience with business-to-customer social media and content generation
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• At least one year of administrative support experience.
