About The Job You’re Considering

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud) to drive end-to-end functional delivery across retail execution and field sales processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry and hands-on experience in translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Your Role

• Lead functional delivery for Salesforce solutions with a focus on Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements , conduct discovery sessions, and lead workshops
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and Salesforce configurations
• Configure and implement core CG Cloud features including:Visit Plans,Action Plans,Task Templates,Surveys & Assessment Tasks
• Drive Agile processes , including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story refinement
• Support retail execution processes such as route-to-market, perfect store, merchandising, KPI tracking, and compliance
• Document business processes, functional specifications, and end-to-end use cases
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and architectural alignment
• Support UAT, regression testing, and release readiness activities
• Provide functional guidance and ensure high-quality solution delivery

Your Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of Salesforce functional consulting or delivery experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Consumer Goods Cloud
• Strong understanding of CPG retail execution processes (route-to-market, merchandising, KPI scoring, compliance)
• Hands-on configuration experience within Salesforce CG Cloud capabilities
• Solid experience in Agile methodologies , including user story creation and backlog management
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert business needs into functional solutions
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model , especially around retail execution and field sales

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as:
• Salesforce Administrator
• Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Industry Cloud (Consumer Goods Cloud preferred)
• Experience working in CPG or retail domain projects
• Exposure to end-to-end Salesforce implementation lifecycle

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
