Product Manager, Commerce and Provisioning We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with 8-10 years of experience to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Commerce and Provisioning domain. This role is crucial in shaping the customer journey from quote to cash, ensuring seamless integration across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and provisioning systems. Responsibilities: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for commerce and provisioning capabilities, including Quoting, Order Management, and Fulfillment. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. Partner with engineering to design scalable, microservices-based architectures. Oversee integrations with key enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), PROS CPQ, SAP S4HANA, and in-house microservices. Ensure seamless provisioning workflows aligned with customer entitlements and billing. Establish and maintain Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) aligned with company strategy. Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business impact. Analyze product performance and customer feedback for continuous improvement. Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making and product iteration.
