Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct both routine and advanced diagnostic laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and maintain lab equipment with preventative care and calibration.
• Assist in specimen collection as needed and prepare samples for analysis.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all procedures, mentor new colleagues or students, and uphold the highest standards of quality control.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Needed

• Successful completion of ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within a year of employment.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your tenure with us.
