Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals. Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics. Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes. Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes. Utilize evidence-based practices to inform therapy interventions. Maintain high visibility of work activities through regular reporting. Educate clients and families on therapy processes and home exercises. Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in occupational therapy. Participate in community outreach programs to promote occupational therapy. Experience / Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Valid state licensure for Occupational Therapy in Illinois. Willingness to engage in continuous professional development. Experience in providing occupational therapy in diverse settings. Ability to develop personalized treatment plans for clients. Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in therapy. Strong communication skills for educating clients and families.
