Candidates must hold an active California State Mortgage Loan Originator license and have at least 3 years of mortgage origination experience. Responsibilities Originate and close mortgage loans, including FHA, VA, Jumbo, and Conventional products. Maintain accurate borrower documentation and communication. Use company systems to manage pricing and loans. Grow business through marketing and relationship building. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of mortgage origination experience. Active California MLO license. Knowledge of FHA and Conventional loan fundamentals. Strong communication and motivation. Ability to gather necessary documentation expeditiously.
