Staff AI Security Engineer — Red Team Leader (Remote)
Databricks Inc.
Databricks is seeking a Staff Security Software Engineer for AI Security to drive security across AI/ML capabilities. You will lead red team engagements, architect secure AI features, and mentor teams.
You combine offensive security excellence with practical ML knowledge to reduce risk. You will partner with AI/ML engineers, set standards, and contribute to risk frameworks, tooling, and internal knowledge assets.
