Supervisory Pharmacist

Duties

Manage daily pharmacy operations by directing staff, setting priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Deliver pharmaceutical care by assessing therapy, resolving medication issues, dispensing medications, counseling patients, and supporting provider decision making.

Oversee clinical pharmacy programs by developing protocols, conducting clinical activities, maintaining national standards, and evaluating outcomes.

Provide education and training by developing staff competency, precepting learners, supporting interdisciplinary instruction, and sustaining professional relationships.
