Sales Representative | Entry Level + Paid Training

Dallas Texas Consultants is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Promotional Marketing and Sales Rep. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an interactive environment, and wants to build professional experience in sales, marketing, retail, customer service, and business development. In this role, you will represent our clients through face-to-face retail sales and promotional marketing campaigns , connecting directly with customers, introducing products and services, answering questions, and helping customers choose solutions that fit their needs. No extensive sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training designed to develop your skills in retail sales, customer acquisition, promotional marketing, communication, leadership, and account management. What You'll Do Engage with customers face-to-face in retail and promotional settings Represent client brands, products, services, and current promotions Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services Support customer acquisition and new account generation Execute daily sales and marketing campaigns Provide a professional and positive customer experience Build strong customer relationships through effective communication Track sales activity, customer interactions, and campaign performance Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team goals Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, leadership, and professional development training What We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, competitive, coachable, and motivated by goals.
