Senior Project Manager - Construction

Responsibilities Lead and oversee all phases of data center construction projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget Develop RFPs, manage project budgeting, and oversee pre‑bid activities Coordinate and supervise design‑build contractors and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Manage all design phases, review plans and specifications for constructability, and advise on potential issues Prepare, update, and maintain detailed project schedules, including procurement timelines Conduct project meetings, document milestones, and maintain regular project reporting Engage with customers to fulfill requirements and ensure satisfaction Oversee physical construction activities and participate in commissioning and project closeout Manage contract negotiations, vendor relationships, and procurement processes Review contractor billing, perform site walks, and substantiate project progress Ensure compliance with safety standards and enforce OSHA requirements Drive process improvements, cost savings, and lessons learned initiatives Supervise and mentor project team members, including Superintendents, Project Coordinators, and Assistant Project Managers Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as project needs require Other duties as assigned to support project success Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience managing construction projects Experience in civil, structural, architectural (CSA), and mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) construction management Data center project experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Proficient in PROCORE construction management software Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of safety standards; OSHA 30 Hour certification preferred Must be a U.S. citizen #J-18808-Ljbffr
