Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager (Commercial Lending Operations) Hybrid - Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite) Schedule - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 12-month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week) Job Summary You will be supporting lending capabilities within the wholesale operations. You will help lead project teams and manage all activities in the project life‑cycle associated with Lending Operations projects. Responsibilities Lead and facilitate cross‑functional project meetings (standups, sprint reviews, stakeholder updates) to drive alignment, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives impacting wholesale lending operations Partner with Product, Technology, and Operations to manage system enhancements and new feature rollouts, proactively assessing downstream impacts to servicing, booking, and loan lifecycle processes Own end‑to‑end operational readiness for enhancements, including documenting and updating procedures, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), delivering demos, and ensuring effective training and communication to impacted teams Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies using Agile methodologies; escalated issues and remove blockers to ensure successful delivery Troubleshoot operational and system issues by conducting root cause analysis, collaborating with technical and business teams, and implementing sustainable solutions Serve as a liaison between Operations, Technology, and Leadership, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and key decisions Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities within commercial lending operations Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards when implementing process or system changes Required Qualifications 5+ years of project, program, or product delivery experience within financial services or a similar regulated environment Proven ability to lead meetings, manage project timelines, track deliverables, and resolve issues in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business‑friendly messaging Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and workflow/project tools such as JIRA and SharePoint Hands‑on experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Desired Qualifications Prior experience within wholesale or commercial lending operations (loan servicing, syndications, ABL, or treasury management) Familiarity with LoanIQ or similar commercial loan servicing platforms, including exposure to loan lifecycle events (boarding, funding, servicing, payoff) Understanding of lending products, rate structures, and operational workflows within a commercial banking environment Soft Skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across Operations, Technology, and Leadership stakeholders Ability to manage competing priorities and quickly adapt in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment Self‑starter who takes initiative, exercises sound judgment, and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills and a focus on delivering high‑quality, accurate results Team‑oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability to support evolving business needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
