Technical Project Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Project Lead to oversee the development, maintenance, and support of a mission-critical emergency management system. Your role will involve managing a complex, evolving platform designed to streamline operations, ensure readiness, and save lives during emergencies. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead a talented team supporting the federal client’s emergency management system. Analyze challenges, develop solutions, and communicate effectively with clients. Coordinate technical support during emergency response operations. Maintain communication with the government client. Ensure workforce stability for seamless operations. Set project goals, develop plans, and manage timelines and budgets. Create project roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives. Implement IT strategies to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Manage resources including personnel and equipment. Oversee security, compliance, and risk management. Use project management tools to track performance and progress. Organize meetings and stakeholder engagement activities. Required Education, Experience, and Skills: Minimum of 12 years of project management experience with a Bachelor's degree and PMP certification, or 10 years with a Master's degree and PMP. Must hold IAT-I or higher certification, or certifications such as A+CE, Network+ CE, CND, or CCNA Security. Experience with M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and legacy app modernization is preferred. Proven ability to set goals, develop strategies, and manage projects within scope, time, and budget. Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Azure DevOps.
