Responsibilities Care for infants to school‑aged children in their own homes – no transporting kids or household chores required. Engage children in hands‑on activities tailored to their interests and needs. Ensure the safety and well‑being of children in your care. Qualifications 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED – required. Reliable transportation and a cell phone – required. At least 1 year of child‑care experience outside of providing care to friends or family – required. Experience with children of all ages from infant to 12 years old – required. Physical Requirements This position requires the employee to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, Bright Horizons', and client site requirements concerning immunizations, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training. The role involves in‑person work in the Santa Clara, CA area and requires supervisory and curriculum delivery duties in a preschool child‑care setting. Compensation The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 per hour. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
