Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 10/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in a Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Care setting . This role offers the opportunity to work with a geriatric population, collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team, and make a meaningful impact on patient mobility and independence.
