Job Details Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of practice, temporary/interim RN license in the state of practice, or compact RN licensure; BLS certification; experience in an acute care hospital setting for at least one year within the past 12 months; familiarity with ICU patient care requirements and standards of practice. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing; professional certification related to critical care preferred; additional related education and/or experience. Additional Information: The role involves direct patient care in a critical care environment, including assessing patient status, implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
