Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Passionate BCBAs Wanted to Build Brighter Futures About the Position As a BCBA at CST Academy, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of young learners. You will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans for children aged 2-6. You will also have the opportunity to supervise and mentor a team of talented Behavior Technicians (BTs), working alongside a multidisciplinary team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other professionals. What You'll Do Manage a caseload of children and their families, fostering strong relationships and open communication Develop and monitor comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Supervise and train BTs, providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary professionals to provide holistic care Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities Ideal Candidate Qualifications Experience Minimum of two years of experience working with autistic children or other developmental disabilities. Prior supervisory experience is preferred. Skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills. Ability to supervise and train others independently. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Education Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Collaboration Experience working collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams. Compensation and Benefits CST Academy offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
