REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalent. Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. Current BLS certification. Excellent computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new applications. Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to patient privacy, confidentiality, and compassionate care. Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and effective communication. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Oversees the successful delivery of quality patient care.
