Additionally, this role provides insights into cross-functional teams to improve e-commerce growth & profitability while achieving the company's annual financial plan & OKRs.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with cross-functional business counterparts to develop annual business plans and analyze year-to-date performance and historical trends; collaborate with responsible parties to develop action plans to close any identified gaps.Work cross-functionally with key partners in marketing, operations, and analytics to develop business insights that uncover audience growth levers and opportunities to improve customer value.Develop performance management presentations, narratives, and analytical material to be presented to senior and executive management.Develop, monitor, and communicate key performance measures that support the company's strategic financial objectives.Actively monitor performance against our plan and proactively highlight risks and opportunities.Partner with cross-departmental leaders to define and measure ROI and build financial models in key investment areas such as eCom promotions, innovations, and performance marketing.Assist in the month-end close process by reviewing accounts for completeness and accuracy.Assist in preparing materials for the Parent Company and manage ongoing communications and deadlines.Own E2E forecast process across the business, ensuring all functions adhere to the monthly calendar and financials are submitted OTIF to the parent company monthly.QualificationsBS / BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MBA / MS / MA is a plus3-7 years of overall experience in finance and accountingExperience in a high-growth company in CPG, branded consumer, or retailExpert-level proficiency with MS Office programs and planning toolsExceptional modeling skills coupled with compelling storytelling prowessComfortable with being an individual contributor, manager, and everything in between at the same timeAbility to challenge more senior stakeholders on key strategic and operational decisionsSeamlessly capable of working and communicating with all levels of the organization within ONNIT and broader UnileverA growth mindset backed up by a track record of leveraging past learnings, encouraging new ideas, and smart risk-taking in self and othersStrong communication skills with a proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships to make effective decisions collaborativelyBenefitsFull medical, dental, and vision benefitsBasic Life InsuranceImmediate 401(k) eligibility with company matchingUnlimited vacationPaid holidaysFlexible workplace policy$100/month flexible benefit stipendTuition reimbursementFringe benefits include in-office meals, product credits and discounts, lifestyle spending account, family planning, online learning, fitness stipend, among many othersEOE race/color/religion/sex/sexual orientation/gender identity/national origin/disability/veteran status
