Isaac partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.ResponsibilitiesService all HVAC equipment according to an established service scheduleEnsure that work is completed within company standards and within acceptable time framesTroubleshoot and rectify any potential problems on-sitePartner with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needsResponsible for accurately documenting all work completed according to company policyBuilds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer serviceAccountable for following all company safety proceduresMaintain up-to-date product knowledgeJob QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's license / clean driving record required5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferredEPA – Universal Certification preferredOSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferredCompetenciesExcellent written, verbal, and active listening skillsExceptional customer service skillsAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsTechnical knowledgeStrong organizational skillsAbility to work individually and as part of a teamCustomer focusedProblem-solving skillsThe starting base range for this position is $38.00-45.00 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
