Media Solutions and Planning Manager - Market Planning and Operations

Translate the UCAN GTM strategy into scaled media packages and offerings Maintain a deep understanding of the US & Canada media marketplace Focus on the last mile of delivery with sales through clear processes and repeatable frameworks Launch programmatic offerings using seasonality, market dynamics, audience-based buying, and first-party data Develop always-on media strategies for Private Marketplace deals Commercialize brand partnership and consumer product opportunities with programmatic capabilities Provide ad hoc guidance and ideation to sales Create quantitative models for evaluating and implementing new packaging Inform go-to-market packaging requirements for new product launches Aggregate internal and marketplace feedback to develop seasonal promotions and packages Translate complex audience data into actionable commercial strategies Develop automated business-system solutions for operational efficiency Partner with pricing and yield managers to shape media plans and enterprise deals Collaborate with regional cross-functional teams on market opportunities and global partnership deals Requirements 8+ years of experience in planning, packaging, operations, and pricing strategies for large enterprise sales for CTV or streaming platforms 6+ years of dedicated experience in media, technology, or advertising roles at major entertainment or technology companies Ability to creatively package media and IP-related opportunities Deep understanding of programmatic buying, platform capabilities, and the auction ecosystem, including DSP/SSP dynamics and 1P/3P data strategies Strong modeling skills and comfort manipulating large datasets in Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, and other data visualization tools Strong attention to detail and ability to apply the 80/20 rule Experience with ad tech and ad-serving tools such as Google Ad Manager and FreeWheel Experience implementing workflows in CRM and OMS systems Motivated, data-driven, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build successful relationships at all levels Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in programmatic buying, media packaging, and operational efficiency, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
