Pay Rate: $23 - $36/hr on W2
Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Lead Quality Assurance Technician to provide day-to-day quality oversight and technical leadership on our manufacturing floor. In this role, you will ensure our products meet strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards by performing inspections, managing deviations, and guiding our production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process, raw material, and finished product inspections and sampling.
- Monitor manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and company SOPs.
- Identify, document, and escalate nonconformances, supporting root cause investigations and CAPA execution.
- Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to QA Technicians and production staff.
- Maintain accurate, contemporaneous quality records and support internal/external audits.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate/Technical degree preferred.
- 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
- Working knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and Quality Management Systems.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
