Location Preferences Preferred locations: San Jose, CA; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management, strategy, or analytics within a technology company. Experience working with data, managing multiple cross‑functional programs or projects. Experience leading teams on cross‑company initiatives and aligning recommendations with executive leadership. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools. Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities Work with the company's executive leadership to define, launch, and drive operational initiatives. Structure and execute initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations. Lead cross‑functional, global teams to provide direction on the execution of tasks. Communicate findings to management and the broader organization. Drive recommendations through to implementation and results. Salary & Benefits US: $176,000 – $257,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits.
