You’ll collaborate with seasoned engineers, mission experts, and technical teams to deliver high impact capabilities to the warfighter.The Site Coordination Lead serves as the on‑site specialist for designated Network Modernization locations, ensuring seamless coordination among technical installation teams, government stakeholders, vendors, and operational personnel. This role is responsible for driving site readiness, validating configurations, maintaining compliance, and supporting the successful execution of all network modernization activities.The Site Coordination Lead oversees daily modernization operations on site, manages logistics and scheduling, tracks interdependencies across mission and program teams, and leads communication with Government Site Leads, facility management, Range Control, the Department of Public Works, Network Enterprise Center, and other critical local mission partners.Additionally, the role supports program leadership in achieving government verification of connectivity, configuration, and system functionality, maintains detailed documentation of site issues and resolutions, and assists in developing and implementing site‑specific safety plans.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
