Responsibilities Supporting Onboarding/Credentialing team and Clinical Director to onboard/offboard EI providers Ensuring KPT EI Providers have access to essential information and complete their required trainings Creating and distributing KPT ID Badges, and setting up EI providers in required EI systems Receiving, processing and monitoring EI referrals within required timelines, and ensuring necessary scripts are received and processed Managing KPT Provider caseloads, assigning students to confirmed providers in EI systems, maintaining staffing lists, and handling caseload transitions Addressing billing needs, assisting with trial items/resources, managing documentation, and tracking yearly training hours for EI providers Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Highly organized, efficient at multi-tasking, and strong follow-through skills required; candidates must be able to see projects through from start to completion Self-motivated with keen sense of prioritization, time management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - verbal and written Seeking a minimum of 1-3 years of office management and support Special Education experience and Early Intervention programs, processes, and systems, preferred Compensation Base pay range for this position is $44,625 - $59,500 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
