Integrated Dermatology
Integrated Dermatology is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to join our growing Vermont practice as part of Four Seasons Dermatology.
Four Seasons Dermatology has provided personalized medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care to the Vermont and northern New York community since 2003. This full-time opportunity comes at an exciting time for the practice, as it continues to expand its team, including the recent addition of a new Mohs surgeon.

About the Practice
Well-established practice serving Vermont and northern New York since 2003, with four locations in Colchester, Waterbury, and Rutland, VT, and Plattsburgh, NY.
Growing clinical team of physicians and Physician Assistants, with a new Mohs surgeon joining the practice in August 2026.
Comprehensive practice offering medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, including skin cancer detection and Mohs surgery, Botox®/Dysport®, and SkinCeuticals skincare.
Outstanding, longstanding patient reputation built primarily through word-of-mouth referrals, reflecting deep community trust.
Recognized as an American Academy of Dermatology Fellow practice, with a strong commitment to early skin cancer detection.
A genuine opportunity to help build and grow a practice during an exciting period of expansion under Integrated Dermatology.
About the Role
Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer.
Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures, with in-house Mohs surgery support for complex cases.
Collaborate closely with fellow physicians and Physician Assistants across the practice's Vermont and New York locations.
Play a key role in shaping patient care as the practice continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist, MD or DO.
Active Vermont medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care.
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
A team player who thrives in a growing, patient-focused practice environment.
