Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Monday-Friday workweek; 4 days administrative and 1 day clinical
• Job Setting: Outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
• Practice Scope: Strategic clinical leadership across Internal Medicine and Family Medicine departments
• Responsibilities: Includes policy development, staff supervision, recruitment, PCMH implementation, and EMR utilization
• Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Minimum two years of management experience in an FQHC or similar healthcare agency, preferred
• Master's degree in public health administration or related field, preferred
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license (prior to start)
• Valid DEA registration
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, ideal
