Forklift Operator
We're hiring Forklift Operators to support warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is a strong fit for candidates with forklift, warehouse, shipping & receiving, or general labor experience who are reliable and ready to work.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize materials
- Load and unload trucks and trailers
- Store and stage products in designated areas
- Inspect products for damage and accuracy
- Count and track inventory and shipments
- Use basic systems or scanners to record product movement
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Work with a team to meet productivity and safety goals
Required Experience
- Forklift experience preferred
- 6+ months of warehouse, production, or labor experience
- Ability to lift and move materials
- Ability to read and write basic English
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
Preferred Experience
- Shipping and receiving
- RF scanner or inventory systems
- General warehouse or production work
Work Environment
- Fast-paced warehouse setting

This is a Contract position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
