Payrate is $15.00 Monday through Friday, 8 am-4:30pm. The expected duration is undetermined but will be for at least 6 months.

 

Provides Administrative support to Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals by performing customer service duties, which includes caseload management tasks.

• Employee will be required to complete tasks such as processing of authorizations, payments, applications, status changes and other database functions for multiple caseloads. 

• Prepares and review caseload reports as directed by Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals.  This employee will be handling confidential consumer information daily. 

• Will be answering internal and external phone calls as well as greeting consumers at the front lobby area and schedule appointments and/or meetings as needed. 

• Other tasks associated with these duties include; gathering referral information, assigning consumers to counselors, drafting and mailing appointment letters, record requests and all other correspondence as assigned. 

• This employee will also complete scanning process for closed cases. 

• Operate office equipment, i.e.: computers, fax and scanning equipment. 

• Employee will receive, open, distribute or prepare incoming and/or outgoing mail and parcels. 

• Maintains filing systems and other clerical duties as assigned.
