In fact, Asante accounts for three of the five Oregon hospitals to achieve this rare honor. Asante is looking for a Urologist to join our outpatient Urology practice in beautiful Medford, Oregon. This practice currently consists of 5 Urologists and 5 APPs. We provide coverage to Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center and the surrounding Jackson County area. Candidates must be board certified/eligible in Urology. Candidates with General Urology background and all subspecialty training will be considered. This position is a mix of clinic, inpatient, and outpatient work. As part of Asante Health System, Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center is a 378-bed regional referral hospital that is a level II trauma center and offers a wide range of high-quality medical care to residents of Southern Oregon. Position Requirements Education Graduate of an accredited medical school. Successful completion of residency training in an ACGME accredited Urology residency program. Requirements Candidates must be board certified/eligible in Urology. Robotics surgery training or experience is highly desirable. License / Certification MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners; Board Certified / Eligible in Urology by the American Board of Medical Specialties; Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges this includes but is not limited to, holding position-specific certifications/memberships as determined by Asante Medical Staff team (i.e. ACLS, BLS, PALS, etc.); Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
