Are you passionate about helping individuals of varying ages with disabilities live more independent, fulfilling lives? Dependable Nurses, Inc. (DNI) is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our growing team. With flexible scheduling and opportunities throughout Maricopa County , you can find a role that fits your life while making a real impact.

Your Role as a DCW:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
Encourage independence and support individuals in reaching personal goals
Provide companionship and build meaningful relationships
Accurately document care provided and report any changes in condition
Follow all policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care are met

What You'll Need:

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED
Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before working with a client)
Valid Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
Reliable transportation to various client locations (for yourself as we are a non-driving agency)
Previous experience as a caregiver or DCW is a plus-but we provide training!
