Crew Member OpportunityThe Phoenix Organization runs Denny's, Taco Bell, and Burger King restaurants. We are currently hiring crew members for multiple restaurants in the area! As a crew member, you'll be a part of a community that thrives on service- to each other, customers, and the community. We are hiring immediately in our fast food restaurants and look forward to meeting with you!Responsibilities:Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile, strong customer service skillsAcknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive at the register to let them know you'll be right with them.Listen to customer needs; ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customerComplete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversationWork well with other team members and restaurant manager.
