Elite Home Health Care seeks a driven Community Outreach Representative to promote our home care services across NYC and surrounding areas. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships to generate high-quality referrals and census growth. Ideal candidates have home care marketing or outreach experience, knowledge of MLTC/Medicaid, and the ability to build relationships within the downstate market.
