Summary The Personal Shopper Associate provides personalized styling and shopping services to clients in-store at Tysons Corner. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, curating selections tailored to client needs, and delivering a high-touch shopping experience. The associate partners with sales and store teams to ensure client satisfaction and support store sales objectives. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one styling and product recommendations to clients. Build and maintain a client book through outreach, appointments, and follow-ups. Coordinate private shopping appointments and in-store experiences. Achieve individual sales targets and track client purchases. Work with store teams to confirm inventory availability and assist with merchandising as needed. Requirements 2+ years of retail sales or personal shopping experience, preferably with luxury or premium brands. Excellent customer service, styling, and interpersonal skills.
