We're committed to excellence in everything we do, and we're seeking talented individuals who share our passion and values to join our team.What you’ll doSafe and positive approach to daily standard work.Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics and other types of engineering/manufacturing drawings.Understanding of precision measurement equipment and applications.Experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Basic understanding of iPads/digital applications.Highly proficient in communicating problems and solutions to leadership, internal and external customers, and with other departments and plants.Must be familiar with weld inspection methods used by Terex Utilities at the various facilities.Ability to investigate problems, determine root cause, and suggest or implement effective solutions.Must have a desire to make a difference, make long-term changes to Terex Utilities Quality.Ability to train the Terex Utilities team on Quality Standards and Customer Requirements.Perform Audits/Inspections at specified Quality gates.Write non-conformances and notify correct departmentsIssue red tagsHelp identify and drive internal quality and safety improvementsWork with operations team to resolve issues and put in countermeasures to prevent future reoccurrences.
