Direct Care Specialist - Pool Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary Direct Care Specialists assist with the admission and orientation of participants. They also monitor patients in the voluntary and involuntary facilities and facilitate discharges. Skills / Requirements Must be a BHT or have EMT certification. Must have a clear 39‑month MVR record and be able to present a report at the time of interview. Must have a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card. Must be 21 years of age or older. Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus.
